Dr Grace Lin MBBS BSc (Biomed)
Dr Grace Lin MBBS BSc (Biomed) completed a Bachelor of Biomedical Science degree at Monash University before going on to complete her Bachelor Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery Degree at the University of Queensland.
She always had a strong interest in the cosmetic medical field and completed her cosmetic medical training in the United States of America in 2005. Dr Lin’s primary language is English, but she is also fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and Hokkien. She speaks conversational level Japanese. Dr Lin has been working exclusively in the field of non-invasive cosmetic medicine since 2005. She is a Victorian trainer for major pharmaceutical companies in the use of cosmetic injectables.
Dr Brian Hsu MBCHB, FRACGP
Dr Brian Hsu MBCHB is a cosmetic doctor and a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners with over a decade of experience. His keen eye for trends, beauty and fashion led him to the world of aesthetic medicine. Brian respects individuality and facial harmony and will work with you to make you look and feel your ultimate best. Brian strives to be at the forefront of his industry and regularly attends conferences and workshops to further enhance his skills. Outside of work, Brian enjoys exploring Melbourne’s flourishing art scene, the great outdoors and keeping fit.

Amanda
Reception
Amanda is a very familiar face around the leafy Eastern suburbs, working front of house at one of Balwyn’s largest gyms for over 20 years before joining the Kiora team over 13 years ago. Amanda has a long-standing interest in health and well being and has also worked as an Executive PA while impressively running her family of seven. Amand is our most experienced receptionist and go-to trouble shooter. Her calm, happy nature and excellent customer service skills make her perfect for handling the sometimes hectic Kiora reception role.
Nicole
Reception
Nicole comes from a hospitality and customer service background, having spent many years in 5 star hotels and well known venues around Melbourne in supervisory and managerial roles. She has also been heavily involved in the fitness world for the last fifteen years and has a passion for exercise, wellness and holistic health. Nicole has been with our team for three years and is often the friendly face that greets you upon arrival.
Bek
Reception
Bek has the polished customer service skills of a professional dancer who has spent a lifetime in the performing arts. Fiercely independent and competent, Bek will often take herself off to camp in remote areas. Bek is passionate about helping others and is currently undertaking a Diploma in Community Services. Having been with Kiora for 5 years Bek is our IT and social media go to.
Masumi

Masumi is a highly experienced beauty therapist who spent over 8 years with the prestigious Crown Day Spa in the Crown Casino after qualifying from the Elly Lucas Beauty School. Her expertise is in providing ongoing skin care to her clients and the busy suburban location of Kiora is an ideal match for her skills. She is an expert in all skin and beauty therapies including facials, facial treatment rituals and all of Kiora’s beauty treatments. Masumi is very busy in her personal life with a teenage son and still finds time to whip up delicious Japanese food for the Kiora team.
Atrayee
Dermal Therapist
Atrayee is an experienced Dermal Therapist with a strong background in skin health and advanced clinical treatments. Specialising in corrective therapies, she offers a wide range of modalities including laser and light-based treatments, chemical peels and customised skin care plans. She has a deep understanding of skin physiology and a commitment to evidence-based practice. Passionate about empowering clients, Atrayee believes in not only delivering results but also educating individuals on how to maintain long-term skin health and confidence.
Stephanie
Beauty Therapy
Kiora is very lucky to have Stephanie re-join our team. An old Hawthorn local Stephanie was one of the first therapists to join our team over 17 years ago, and helped develop many of the Spa Packages and procedures Kiora is now famous for. Over the years we have seen Staphanie get married and have three beautiful children. Stephanie is a highly skilled therapist dedicated to achieving real cosmetic results for her clients. She was one of the key figures that enabled Kiora to successfully blend both cosmetic medicine and beauty therapy into a synergistic whole.
