SPA BOOKING POLICY

• WHEN TO ARRIVE: We recommend you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to complete our consultation form and to relax in our lounge. Please note if you are running late, as a courtesy to all our clients, all treatments will be completed as scheduled.

• CANCELLATION POLICY A credit card number is required to secure all Spa Bookings. In the event of a no-show or a cancellation with less than 24 hours notices a 50% fee to your credit card will apply.

MEDICAL BOOKING POLICY (Dermal Consultations)

• A CREDIT CARD BOOKING is required to secure your booking for all cosmetic procedures longer than 15 minutes. In the event of a no show or a cancellation with less than 24 hours notice a $50 fee to your card will apply
